With a strong understanding of the cultural, social, and personal factors that impact mental health, I guide my clients through life transitions and everyday pressures, helping them work toward greater peace and self-acceptance. Currently pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling, I combine empathy with practical tools, fostering a safe environment where we can break down barriers and build resilience together.
Each session is grounded in compassion, respect, and dedication to your unique journey. Whether you’re grappling with identity, and relationships, or simply need someone to listen, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Rates for 60-minute sessions: $50 individuals, $75 couples, $100 families (3 or more people)
